For 20+ years, Michelle has been an organisational consultant in the corporate, not-for-profit, education, and international development sectors. Known as a highly engaging facilitator, trainer, and coach, Michelle brings an authentic mix of warmth and humour to create the ideal environment for problem-solving, learning, and change.
Drawing on a Masters in Leadership and Management (Organisation Dynamics) and a Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations), Michelle helps make complex concepts easily understood while paying attention to group dynamics and the broader system. Michelle is an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation and certified with Integrative9 Enneagram and Emotional Intelligence 2.0.
Passionate about good governance, Michelle has been a non-executive Director on various NFP boards since 2008 and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She currently serves on two not-for-profit boards. Based in Melbourne, Australia.

Her career includes extensive HR leadership roles, providing her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by modern organisations.
With an early specialisation in training and development, Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree in education and is a certified coach with The Wilsher Group. She holds professional membership with the Australian HR Institute and has completed the AHRI Practising Certification in Strategic HR and Workforce Development.
Elizabeth is a purpose-driven consultant, bringing a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and a highly relational approach to her work. She thrives on collaborating with executive teams to support strategic thinking in the people and culture space. Specialised interest areas include organisational development, HR strategy planning, organisational culture, and performance and development. Recent clients include Youth Off the Streets, Engineers Australia, and Netflix.
